My Approach

Those who pursue careers helping others have often been inspired to do so by situations in their own personal lives. This is certainly true for me.

Overcoming my own challenges and watching the people I love do the same has made me undeniably passionate about what I do.

Therapy is not a ‘one size fits all’ process. In my sessions, I make room for warmth, humour, and the occasional personal anecdote because we are humans, not robots. I will respect your unique needs and attributes, and I remain committed to learning and using a variety of proven methods for the areas I specialize in.

When we work together, you can expect a non-judgmental and confidential space to explore your concerns and a personalized approach to addressing them.
